Waking up, taking a sip of water, and \"tasting\" that fresh feeling in my mouth\u2014that always does me good. Then getting up, pulling up the blinds, opening the window. The first feeling: \"It's bright\"... very bright, even. Golden-yellow colors, sunny, vibrant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then this feeling on my face\u2026 it is slightly warm. The ray of sunlight gives me a good-morning kiss\u2014a lovely, warm, but still slightly damp kiss\u2026 and only then do I notice that it has become very lively outside. I can hear the birds, different \"voices,\" excited and loud. The first flowers are blooming and releasing a pleasant fragrance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can hear the return of life\u2026 winter is truly over.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The sun is shining, and for many, that is synonymous with energy and motivation. For me, it is often the same. All of my senses are instantly active; I even think they become more sensitive, attentive, faster, and more intense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This morning, this brief moment with so much \"information\"\u2014all the senses activated at once: taste, sight, touch, sound, smell.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is a moment when I know exactly what I like, what I find beautiful, which feelings I consider \"good,\" and what I perceive as pleasant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My senses send me signals\u2014warnings that I often ignore in my everyday life\u2026 I close my eyes and tune into myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am a product of my five senses\u2026 and right now, I am connected to the sixth sense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Life is so \"visible\" when you pay attention to everything\u2026 everything we perceive through our senses\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am awake right at this moment. In every sense.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
